Role Description As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for both product sourcing and client catalogue management, ensuring that all products are accurately created, priced, and maintained across client catalogues. You will act as a key operational link between Operations, Procurement, Customer Success, and global suppliers, handling day-to-day sourcing requests, catalogue updates, and client escalations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under SLA-driven environments. Beyond execution, we are looking for someone who can think critically about processes, proactively spot issues, and contribute ideas to continuously improve how we work. Responsibilities - Sourcing & Catalogue Management: - Source IT hardware and accessories globally at the right price and lead time - Create and maintain product listings in client catalogues - Monitor supplier updates (pricing, availability, lead times) and reflect changes quickly - Troubleshoot and resolve issues (pricing, currency, availability, product data) - Ensure products are created and updated within agreed SLAs - Keep documentation accurate and up to date across internal tools - Collaboration & Process Improvement: - Handle sourcing-related client escalations in a clear and timely way - Communicate clearly with Customer Success on catalogue changes - Work closely with Operations team on supplier onboarding, pricing alignment - Build strong working relationships with global suppliers - Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in sourcing and catalogue processes - Share ideas and contribute to continuous process improvements Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in support, Procurement, or related field (preferred) - 2-3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain roles - Experience working with external suppliers or vendors - Experience in an operational, SLA-driven environment - Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance requirements - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience using customer support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) Technical Skills - Strong ability to work with product data, pricing, and technical specifications - Good understanding of pricing logic, margins, currencies, and VAT/tax basics - Strong written communication skills for supplier and client-facing interactions - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards The Right Mindset - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong ownership mindset and accountability - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Comfortable handling escalations and ambiguous situations - Team player who collaborates well across functions - Critical thinker who can identify issues and suggest improvements - Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented attitude Our Team Becoming part of Workwize means making an impact. Role Description As our People & Talent Acquisition Adviser, you’ll play a key role in finding, attracting and onboarding high‑quality talent across Civiteq. What You’ll Be Doing - Talent Acquisition - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and advertising to interviews, offers and onboarding. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop job descriptions and advise on sourcing strategies. - Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and support impactful selection processes. - Create a candidate experience built around what matters most, people. - Maintain recruitment records and metrics within our ATS (Workable) and produce reports as required. - Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners. - Play a key role in promoting and developing Civiteq’s EVP and employer brand. - Own and continuously improve our onboarding experience to ensure consistency and quality for new colleagues. - HR Support - Support employee lifecycle administration (starters, changes, leavers). - Contribute to People Team activities including policy reviews, reporting and engagement initiatives. - Help deliver key elements of the People Plan.
