Benefits Manager

Cambium Learning Group

• Oversee management and continuous improvement of health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs • Serve as the end-to-end owner of leave of absence and accommodation programs • Enhance operations by improving processes and increasing automation • Evaluate and refine benefits vendor structure • Develop clear resources and engagement plans for benefits programs • Build and advance a wellbeing roadmap • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for program efficiency

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of managing employee benefits programs
  • Proven operational and program management skills across multi-vendor environments
  • Effective analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Experience managing leave of absence programs and accommodations in partnership with third-party administrators
  • Ability to identify process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
  • Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred
