Role Description Du begleitest Features durch den gesamten Lifecycle – von der ersten Idee über Discovery und Spezifikation bis zum Launch und darüber hinaus. - App-Backlogs pflegst und priorisierst du eigenständig – eingehende Ideen und CSM-Tickets bewertest und hältst du sauber. - In der Discovery validierst du Nutzerprobleme, wertest Research-Ergebnisse aus und übersetzt sie in klare Produktentscheidungen. - Features spezifizierst du und übergibst sie an Dev – mit vollständigen User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und als verlässliche PO-Schnittstelle. - Impact misst du konsequent – KPI-Baselines, Post-Launch-Evaluation und Learnings fließen direkt in die nächste Iteration ein. - Die Roadmap gestaltest du aktiv mit – Epics, Abhängigkeiten, begründete Priorisierungsentscheidungen. - Neue App-Ideen entwickelst du von Research und Business Case bis zur Konzeption. Qualifications - 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre als PM oder PO mit eigenständiger Produktverantwortung. - Sicherer Umgang mit Produktanalytics-Tools (z.B. PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau): Hypothesen formulieren, Metriken definieren, Impact messen. - Erfahrung mit User Research (Interviews, Friction-Analysen, Heatmaps) – qualitativ und quantitativ. - Dev-ready Tickets: präzise User Stories, klare Akzeptanzkriterien, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation. - Strukturiertes Priorisieren unter Ressourcenknappheit – du kennst Frameworks wie RICE und entscheidest begründbar. Requirements - Erfahrung mit B2B- oder B2C-SaaS-Produkten, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Umfeld; Shopify-Kenntnisse sind ein klares Plus. - Verständnis für Produkt-Marketing: eigene Ideen zu Go-to-Market und Nutzerbindung. - Erfahrung im gleichzeitigen Management mehrerer Produkte oder Produktbereiche und im Aufbau und Pflegen von Produkt-Roadmaps. Role Description As a Senior Business Analyst in People Experience (HR) function, you will help advance Sandisk’s people’s strategy by delivering digitally optimized, AI-enabled solutions. You will execute on a progressive technology roadmap optimizing existing systems (Workday HCM / ServiceNow HRSD / Moveworks) in partnership with the People Experience owner and IT liaison. This work includes turning business needs into clear process and employee-experience requirements, supporting fit-gap analysis, leading user acceptance testing, and partnering on deployment and end-user enablement. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years as a business analyst supporting HR technology at a complex global organization. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. - Hands-on experience with supporting solution builds within Workday HCM across core modules with direct ServiceNow HRSD experience a plus. - Demonstrated experience with gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Demonstrated ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT development teams. - Workflow process design experience using flowchart software such as Visio or Figma. - Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments. - Strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee life cycle (e.g., hire to retire). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
