• Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement program, including framework, goals, structure, and success metrics, to drive customer stories, references, and other advocacy opportunities. • Manage, execute, and evolve Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program including planning, facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and customer communications. • Lead strategic management of the online community, including day-to-day operations, content planning and execution, engagement strategies, and performance monitoring. • Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person customer user groups and events to drive engagement, knowledge sharing, product adoption, and impact customer retention. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align program priorities with business objectives, integrate customer insights, and improve customer experience outcomes. • Support and drive the evolution of program best practices by identifying, testing, and implementing new approaches and technologies, including AI. • Define, track, and analyze program performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and drive continuous and strategic improvements. • Execute and enhance scalable processes, playbooks, and engagement strategies to support consistent program execution. • Serve as a subject matter resource in customer advocacy and community engagement, providing guidance across teams. • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

Role Description Wat kun je verwachten? Bij de SEP werken is totaal onvoorspelbaar, niet doelgroep gebonden en er is een grote variatie in ziektebeelden. De inhoudelijke uitdaging is een van de leukste aspecten, elke situatie is anders. Soms moet je improviseren. Gelukkig kun je altijd terugvallen op je collega’s. Past deze functie bij jou? Wij zoeken een collega (SPV of VS) die deel wil nemen aan de crisisdienst en als behandelaar wil bijdragen aan de opvolging binnen IHT. Je wordt op afgesproken uren ingezet, het aantal uren en diensten is nader af te spreken. Je kunt ingezet worden binnen het gehele werkgebied: Maastricht-Heuvelland en Heerlen- Parkstad. We bieden een breed inwerkprogramma en training om deze uitdagende functie veilig en goed te kunnen invullen. Bij de spoedeisende psychiatrie (SEP) worden patiënten behandeld die met spoed verwezen zijn en binnen 24 uur gezien moeten worden. Het gaat om: - crisisinterventie - crisishantering - WvGGZ- en WZD- beoordelingen Als het mogelijk is worden deze patiënten, na interventie door de crisisdienst, terugverwezen naar de huisarts. Wanneer dit niet kan, worden zij verwezen naar de reguliere behandelprogramma’s. In de tussentijd, indien noodzakelijk, vindt behandeling plaats door het behandelteam van de SEP. Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) is hier een voorbeeld van en is gericht op het voorkomen van opname dan wel het verkorten ervan. Als SPV of VS verricht je in het kader van de 7 x 24-uurs dienst beoordelingen van acute psychiatrische toestandsbeelden. In een dynamische maar ook hectische omgeving als de spoedeisende psychiatrie bloei jij op. Jij hebt oog voor de mens achter het ziektebeeld. Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen indien de situatie dit vraagt. Het is niet altijd voorspelbaar hoe druk het zal zijn maar jij bent flexibel en in staat om verschillende afspraken door elkaar af te handelen. Ook ben je bereid om getraind te worden en te blijven in de-escalerend werken, agressiehantering, suïcide preventie en sociale vaardigheid (inschatten van suïcidaliteit conform CASE methodiek). Reflectie op het eigen handelen is noodzakelijk.
