Job Requirements

The firm has an immediate opening for a highly skilled Executive Assistant in our New York office. This position provides critical support to multiple attorneys in our Corporate department. This position is available as a hybrid opportunity, 3 days per week in office. Key Responsibilities Attorney & Client Support - Provide high-level administrative support to multiple attorneys, including partners, act as a trusted point of contact for clients, colleagues, and internal teams. - Proactively manage calendars, sequence days for impact, build buffers/travel holds, and prepare daily/weekly briefs with priorities and key deadlines. - Monitor and organize email inboxes, draft, proof and send correspondence, ensure deadlines and commitments are met. - Triage requests, flag priorities, follow up, and provide reminders as needed. Document & Matter Management - Draft, edit, and proofread letters, contracts, and complex legal documents; run redlines; ensure all outgoing work product is polished, accurate, and in line with firm standards. - Manage new matter intake, engagement letters, and client onboarding requirements, coordinating closely with internal departments. - Organize and maintain client and practice files (physical and digital) in accordance with firm policies, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
