• Own and execute the end-to-end acquisition strategy, driving player growth from core platforms into the Discord community through high-impact funnels. • Design and optimize onboarding experiences that create a seamless, intuitive, and engaging journey from first click to first interaction. • Build strong relationships with key internal sports owners, marketing teams, and product managers to secure high-visibility placements and prioritize exclusive Discord offers. • Develop and launch creative campaigns that give players compelling reasons to join, participate, and stay engaged within the community. • Analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, and retention data to continuously refine and improve growth strategies. • Build scalable systems and processes that support a rapidly growing member base and evolving community needs. • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Specialists and Associates, ensuring alignment between daily execution and long-term growth goals.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field, with experience operating at a Manager level.
  • Proven success building and optimizing acquisition funnels and onboarding flows, ideally moving users from a core product into a community platform.
  • Deep expertise in Discord, including onboarding features, role management, and tracking tools to measure user behavior and attribution.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners to secure resources and visibility.
  • A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and evaluate their performance through data.
  • Experience working with data to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
  • A strong understanding of the sports and gaming landscape, with the ability to create messaging and experiences that resonate with sports fans.

Role Description Fair Labor Association seeks a Collegiate Programs Associate to support initiatives related to higher education and trademark licensing. This includes supporting FLA’s engagement with FLA University Members, FLA Collegiate Licensee Affiliates, the FLA Collegiate Retailer pilot, and other stakeholders. The Associate supports Collegiate Programs staff with program and project management, tracking and following up on engagement with members and affiliates, and improving the experience of our members and affiliates through effective relationship management and communication. This is a Level 2 position that can be performed remotely from any location. Travel is required 4-6 times per year for internal and external events and conferences. The salary range for this position is $53-58K if based in the U.S. Qualifications - At least two years of relevant work experience, ideally in business, supply chain management, trademark licensing, sourcing, production, corporate social responsibility, and/or human rights. - Strong commitment to FLA’s mission of protecting workers’ rights and supporting members and affiliates to conduct human rights due diligence within their supply chains. - Superior communication skills, both oral and written; proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters; customer service and/or user experience mindset; diplomacy; negotiation skills; poise; sound judgment. - Fluency in English required; additional language skills a plus. - Strong organizational, editing, and copy-editing skills; detail oriented. - Strong digital fluency; MS365 familiarity; advanced Excel skills; experience with AMS/CRM, LMS, and email service providers a plus. - Demonstrated initiative and reliability; ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team. - Team-player with willingness to fill team gaps as needed.
