Senior Manager, R&D Data Modeler
BeOne Medicines
• Responsible for designing, governing, and evolving enterprise data models for R&D • Define the enterprise modeling roadmap • Lead design of advanced frameworks that span multiple domains • Ensure models support analytics, reporting, machine learning • Develop and oversee governance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance • Collaborate with GTS/IT and business sponsors on modeling initiatives • Publish best-practice frameworks and mentor modelers and analysts
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of strategic data modeling/architecture experience in regulated environments
- Proven ability to define and drive enterprise-scale modeling standards
- Expert knowledge of modern data platforms (cloud-native, hybrid, graph databases)
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and cross-stakeholder collaboration skills.
