Role Description The Team Lead – Digitalisation is responsible for leading and advancing the company’s digital transformation initiatives across the photovoltaic (PV) modules and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. This role focuses on enabling end-to-end digitalization across the value chain, including sales, project delivery, supply chain, and after-sales services, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. The role combines people leadership and functional leadership, translating functional strategy and business priorities into day-to-day execution. The Team Lead drives operational excellence, supports cross-functional collaboration, and develops team capabilities to meet business objectives.
