• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecom projects, including network deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical experts, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that projects are completed within financial and operational constraints • Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to keep projects on track • Ensure projects comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols • Lead the negotiation and management of contracts with external vendors, ensuring terms and deliverables meet project requirements • Continuously assess project management processes, recommending improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry, with a focus on high-level management roles and large-scale projects
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, network design, and deployment methodologies (including fiber optic, wireless, and satellite technologies)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients, and technical teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex project-related issues quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and telecom-specific software (e.g., RF planning tools, network simulation tools)
