A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager. • Lead technical engagements with high-value partners, supporting migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms. • Conduct migration readiness assessments and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end migration lifecycle. • Facilitate and deliver migration sessions, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and remediation during partner transitions. • Communicate migration progress, operational plans, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. • Capture partner feedback and operational insights and collaborate with product and process teams to improve tooling.

• Implementation and maintenance of the Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) integration solution • Sales support: assisting with solution designs and demo installations • Collaboration with central functions of the HPM business unit • Responding to customer inquiries regarding system extensions • Defining, installing, and configuring integration solutions • Performing functional and workflow tests (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols) • Developing and presenting technical solutions for project-specific issues • Instructing customers on technical specifications • Preparing technical project documentation • Providing remote support and assisting on-site with problem resolution • Managing and performing software updates

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal requirements. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications. • Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration. • Provide end-user training and develop system documentation. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards. • Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements.
