• Implementation and maintenance of the Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) integration solution • Sales support: assisting with solution designs and demo installations • Collaboration with central functions of the HPM business unit • Responding to customer inquiries regarding system extensions • Defining, installing, and configuring integration solutions • Performing functional and workflow tests (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols) • Developing and presenting technical solutions for project-specific issues • Instructing customers on technical specifications • Preparing technical project documentation • Providing remote support and assisting on-site with problem resolution • Managing and performing software updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer-facing roles within the healthcare sector
- Good knowledge of Windows client, server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and internet protocols
- Experience configuring interface brokers, preferably Rhapsody
- Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Strong IT and networking knowledge, with interface analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HPM solutions and clinical IT workflows is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
