• Maintain system controls for NetSuite, Kantata, and other business systems • Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users • Troubleshoot and review daily system integration flows that support our ERP platform • Translate new business requirements into technical designs • Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials • Maintain proper system access for security roles • Perform root cause analysis and help develop mitigation strategies • Create and deliver reports and data through saved searches and datasets • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration • Clearly communicate project statuses to key stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working in Finance/accounting systems administration (NetSuite preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or comparable experience
  • Experience with quote to cash and procure to pay processes
  • A strong understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills (i.e. VLookup, XLookup, SumIf)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly OpenAir), Kantata, Power BI, and Workday are a plus
  • NetSuite certifications such as the SuiteFoundation and SuiteAnalytics are a plus
  • SQL experience (preferably using Snowflake) is preferred.
