ITSM Architect – Transition Lead

Job Requirements

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en Gestión de Servicios de TI, arquitectura ITIL o diseño de procesos de NOC / Infraestructura Crítica 24/7, particularmente dentro de programas de transformación de M&A empresarial.
  • Conocimiento funcional de nivel experto de las capacidades de la plataforma ITSM empresarial (por ejemplo, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Fuerte comprensión de la correlación de alertas, tuberías de monitoreo (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Datadog) y marcos de gestión de eventos.
