Traffic Regulation Order Coordinator

Role Description - Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) - Coordinate with UK-based teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery - Interpret maps, drawings, and technical highway plans - Validate accuracy of TRO inputs - Collaborate with engineers, legal teams, and project managers in the UK - Support communication and documentation workflows - Prepare documentation for legal drafting and consultations - Maintain accurate records aligned with UK regulations - Review TRO documentation for compliance - Improve workflows and templates - Coordinate meetings and support TRO Managers Responsibilities - Quality checks of data and drawing outputs - Take ownership of tasks assigned and search for solutions where required - Zeal to grow self and dedication towards working independently/ with minimal guidance where required - Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies - Clear communication (verbal and written) with colleagues in India and the UK on all matters – project related technical communication and day-to-day matters - Work within project constraints; such as time, budget and resource - Attend and contribute in team and project meetings - Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline Qualifications - Diploma/ bachelor’s degree - Geography / English (Preferred) - Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience Requirements - Strong ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings (desirable not mandatory) - Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK-facing role) - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote/global setup - Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools (e.g., GIS platforms) - Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Geography, English, Engineering, Legal or any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills
