Job Title:PMO – Transaction Banking (GCB5) Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support the successful delivery of outcomes across Transaction Banking Value Streams (VS) and Sub‑Value Streams (SVS). The role focuses on delivery governance, financial oversight, capacity management, PI planning support, and change governance, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy, customer outcomes, and OKRs. This role acts as a central orchestration function across Global and Markets teams, ensuring transparency, control, and adherence to Change Framework and Agile/SAFe ways of working. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Governance - Support the successful delivery of Value Stream (VS) outcomes in line with agreed delivery plans. - Act as guardian of change governance, providing oversight across Global and Markets. - Facilitate change control related to investment planning, scope, OKRs, features, and capabilities. - Ensure adherence to Change Framework, FIM, SAFe, Agile, and internal governance standards. Planning & Ceremonies - Drive inputs and outputs for Programme Increment (PI) Planning. - Coordinate and prepare materials for VS / SVS ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Synthesize and produce Quarterly Business Review (QBR) memo updates for stakeholders. Reporting & Dashboards - Design, manage, and maintain delivery dashboards to visualize the flow of Capabilities and Features from Idea to Done. - Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of delivery data, reflecting the latest status of features and capabilities. - Provide insightful reporting to support data‑driven decision making. Financial & Commercial Management - Ensure the delivery pipeline is aligned with financial plans and capacity constraints. - Monitor and control VS / SVS investment allocation, benefit projections, and commercialization tracking. - Manage financial guardrails, ensuring controls are in place and variances are tracked. - Provide a holistic view of VS / SVS financial performance, aligned with portfolio strategy, business outcomes, and OKRs. Capacity, Risk & Continuous Improvement - Manage and track resource capacity patterns across delivery portfolios. - Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, involving relevant VS/SVS stakeholders as required. - Collect thematic learnings from retrospectives and drive cross‑VS continuous improvement. - Maintain and execute continuous improvement plans to support evolving Ways of Operating. Change Leadership - Act as a Change Leader or SME for new initiatives such as: - Business or strategy changes - Tooling migrations - New operating model implementations Tools & Frameworks - Strong hands‑on experience with Group Tools, including: - Clarity - JIRA - Confluence - GPDM - Extensive experience working within Agile / SAFe environments. Required Experience & Skills - Proven experience in PMO, Portfolio or Programme Governance roles within Banking. - Strong exposure to Transaction Banking, Payments, or related Banking Value Streams. - Demonstrated experience supporting: - PI Planning - Delivery governance - Financial tracking - Capacity and demand management - Strong stakeholder management across Global and Market teams. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
