Strada
• Providing application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities • Managing tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement IT applications • Providing documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled • Managing personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met. • Regularly report on status and progress to the AMS Cluster Lead • Maintaining internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. • Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues • Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture • Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements • Perform configuration for HCM modules of HR: Payroll (evaluation & schemas) • Act as the HR Services lead for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and defect resolution • Analysis of payroll / time schemas to identify root cause and solution of pay & time discrepancies • Resolve complex defects related to Overtime, social security calculation, legal reporting, allowances, sickness, taxes, posting, payslips and others specific BE payroll configurations • Participates in SAP HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services • Ensure time and attendance data integrity • Must have hands on experience on BE Payroll – Schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, basic pay configuration, etc. • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner • Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices HRSP Implementation • Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data • Support the required workshops as laid out by the methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded in relevant workbooks. • Undertake configuration as per the agreed design and direction of ECC or ECP Lead Consultant. • Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), making the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different solution components. • At the end of the project, ensure successful transition to maintenance teams, either Strada or other. • Support project resources in defining solutions in the event that a challenge arises during delivery to ensure that delivery is on time and within budget. • Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams (Strada or Third Party Providers). • Ensure the client fulfil their responsibilities in term of data management, in particular with their data cleansing and data transformation. • Be familiar with data security procedures and requirements of both Strada and the client and ensure these are respected as part of the process. • Support the Technical resources in the definition of integration requirements. • Support in the delivery of integration solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation. • Carry out agreed Strada Testing and ensure all agreed issues are corrected prior to customer testing.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and legislation in BE.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration and support of SAP Payroll systems (SAP HCM or ECP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for implementing and improving payroll systems.
- Payroll systems knowledge and experience (SuccessFactors ECP is a plus).
- Systems implementation experience beneficial.
- Appetite to become a subject-matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.

Role Description We are seeking a Specialist, Payroll to join us on a 6-month contract basis at any of our offices . This role has the option to be remote .
