• You will answer employee questions, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of benefits issues across the employee lifecycle (hire, change, leave, and termination). • Primary responsibilities include eligibility/enrollment reconciliation with vendors, enrollment processing for new hires and employees transferring from international locations, support for audits and regulatory filings, employee communications, compliance-related operational tasks, vendor coordination, and execution of approved benefit program changes. • Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and streamlined ways of working to drive a material reduction in time spent on internal processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience administering employee benefits and/or HR operations in a medium or large organization, including partnering with vendors and supporting employees across the benefits lifecycle.
- Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and data validation) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline administrative processes while exercising sound judgment and protecting confidential employee data.
- Experience working in an HRIS and/or benefits administration platform to process transactions, run audits, and support data integrity (Oracle Fusion and Dayforce are a plus).
- Working knowledge of US and/or Canada benefits and leave administration practices, with the ability to learn plan provisions quickly and apply them consistently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description The Environmental Analyst (Level 2) provides technical support for Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 consultations. This role focuses on conducting both formal and informal consultations by delivering regulatory analyses related to federal actions affecting protected species and critical habitat. The analyst will operate independently on moderately complex assignments and contribute to timely and compliant consultation outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide early-stage technical assistance to federal action agencies on ESA consultation requirements. - Review project documentation and assess potential impacts to listed species and critical habitat. - Conduct and document informal consultations, including preparation of Letters of Concurrence (LOCs). - Support formal consultations through data review, analysis, and documentation. - Communicate with federal agencies and stakeholders to obtain required consultation information. - Maintain consultation administrative records and ensure completeness of documentation. - Enter and manage consultation data within NMFS tracking systems (e.g., ECO database). - Assist with responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. - Ensure adherence to regulatory timelines and performance standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or regulatory analysis. - Experience with ESA Section 7 consultations or similar regulatory frameworks (NEPA, MMPA, CWA, MSA). - Knowledge of marine/coastal ecosystems and ESA-listed species. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Proficiency with databases and office software (Word, Excel, Google Suite). - Strong technical writing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
