Principal Payroll Functional Consultant

WillHire

• Ensure successful implementation of the Workday Payroll solution with customers • Master Workday US Payroll and at least one additional Workday Payroll country • Configure the Workday solution and demonstrate configurations • Assist clients in testing the Workday solution • Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants • Deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience implementing Payroll solutions
  • Consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Qualifications - Very good English skills (B2 minimum). - Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment. - Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll. - Ability to identify and mitigate risks. - Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment. - Attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal skills. - Self-motivated and a willingness to learn. - Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
