• Advocate for restaurant owners so that they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence • Coach and educate restaurant owners on the best practices for their online ordering setup, backed by statistics and rigorous SEO testing by our product team. • Work on projects and initiatives that improve our internal processes • Impact the Owner platform design by providing relevant product feedback to our engineering team • Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams

El equipo de Marketing cumple un rol crítico en el crecimiento del negocio, siendo responsable de generar demanda calificada, optimizar el funnel comercial y asegurar que los equipos de ventas trabajen exclusivamente con leads de alto valor y alta intención. No buscamos a alguien que ejecute campañas. Buscamos a quien construya el sistema que genera clientes en piloto automático. Si tu enfoque es escalar procesos, automatizar todo lo que sea posible y generar impacto directo en pipeline y revenue, este rol es para ti. Serás responsable de diseñar y operar los sistemas que conectan Marketing y Ventas, asegurando que solo oportunidades reales lleguen al equipo comercial. Vas a tener ownership real sobre cómo se genera demanda en la compañía: desde la arquitectura de prospección outbound hasta los flujos de nurturing y remarketing que impactan directamente en pipeline y revenue. Trabajarás como puente entre Marketing (Paid, Eventos, Content) y Comercial / Pre-sales, asegurando que solo leads calificados, con contexto completo, ingresen al pipeline. Tu impacto se medirá en la cantidad y calidad de sistemas que construyas y en su contribución directa a MQLs, SQLs y revenue.
