ERP Reporting Analyst

• Maintain and administer reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Microsoft (MS) Power BI, MS SharePoint sites. • Monitor performance, ensure data refresh stability, and manage user access where needed. • Support configuration updates and document related procedures. • Manage data from other key sources as required (Microsoft SharePoints, Power BI data model, Oracle, etc..) • Work closely with IT on issue debugging, defect reproduction, and functional testing. • Validate system enhancements, fixes, and new releases before deployment. • Provide detailed test results and feedback to support technical resolution. • Perform data analysis to support business reviews and operational needs. • Build and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports. • Schedule automated reporting jobs and monitor their successful execution. • Prepare training materials, user guides, and process instructions. • Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support on reporting tools. • Collect user feedback and propose improvement ideas for reporting processes.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a comparable position in manufacturing industry
  • Advanced proficiency in business analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases, with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel Macros, Power Query and Pivot, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
  • English proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally
