Role Description As a Field Experience Associate for HOKA, you’ll be the face of the brand in your territory, supporting both consumers and customers through engaging events, retail training, and virtual support. Your Impact - Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field and strategize with your manager to execute territory plans aligned with brand goals. - Engage with retail sales staff, generate excitement, provide product and sales training, and support in-store and expo sales. - Showcase the HOKA brand in stores and at events, soliciting sales and building positive brand experiences. - Foster creativity and a consumer-first strategy, aligning with regional and brand directives. - Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity for retailers and consumers, plan effective schedules, and participate in team calls. - Research and identify new opportunities to reach untapped consumer communities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Experience with consumer-first strategy and building professional relationships. - Familiarity with HOKA products. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. - Proven record of follow-through and reliability. - Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff. - Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required occasionally to move materials or equipment. - Team player who values diverse perspectives and is eager to innovate and deliver results.
