Role Description As a Talent Partner, you will: - Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire talent aligned to Revecore’s business goals. - Focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping effective hiring strategies, and continuously improving recruiting outcomes through data, insights, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment. The Role: - Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. - Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates. - Builds and manages talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs. - Develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract talent aligned with business goals and culture. - Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications - More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. - Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves. - Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on hiring goals. - Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting, with a strong interest in advancing their use to drive efficiency and results.
