Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first trainer who thrives in the field, connects quickly with learners, and delivers training that actually sticks. As a Field Trainer, you’ll be the driving force behind new hire development and ongoing learning for our field teams across the country. You’ll design and deliver impactful training through multiple channels including in-person sessions at branch locations and live virtual webinars. What You’ll Do - Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members across multiple states. - Champion the new hire experience by delivering onboarding training that builds skills, builds confidence, and accelerates performance. - Design and develop training materials that are clear, practical, and aligned to what team members actually need in the field. - Build and maintain training templates and content across multiple delivery formats: instructor-led, virtual classroom, and webinar. - Partner with field managers to surface training gaps and develop targeted solutions at the location level. - Measure what matters. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on performance outcomes and participant feedback. - Serve as a knowledgeable, go-to resource on company policies, procedures, and best practices for field team members. - Manage training records and support learning management system (LMS) administration. - Collaborate cross-functionally with field leadership and the broader training team to execute company-wide initiatives. What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered. - At least two years of leadership experience within the consumer finance industry. - Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. - Comfort and confidence delivering training both in-person and through virtual platforms and webinars. - A willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across field locations nationwide. Job Title: DF SUM AY25/26 NSF RRF program Job Description: Summer research internship for former SPARK undergraduate students. The program will run approximately 6 weeks (May 11 – June 18th), and you will be paid $20.3/hour for a total of 150 hours to gain this valuable experience that will assist you in building your skills in research. You will also receive travel funds to present your work at a national or local scientific conference. Program requirements: - Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident. The successful candidate will have the following specific qualifications and experience: Familiarity with legal issues arising in consumer lending, bank sponsor programs, technology, and consumer protection. Duties and responsibilities - Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to help design and implement financial products, identify creative solutions to unique use cases and escalated issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and other applicable laws, partner contracts, card brand rules, and industry best practices. - Review customer-facing materials, including multi-channel advertising, and user experience content, for compliance with federal and state laws and best practices, and provide feedback and guidance to stakeholders. - Advise on state and federal regulatory matters, including the engagement and management of outside legal counsel when necessary. - Continuously monitor and maintain comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending and other applicable laws/regulations for a multi-state consumer finance company with numerous locations and a digital platform. - Preparation of legal documents including loan contracts and related documentation, software service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial and related agreements. - Work cooperatively and strategically with other departments to advise on matters consistent with applicable laws and regulations, including closely assisting with state and digital expansion efforts. The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of compliance-related activities, including, but not limited to, acquiring and maintaining licensure for all entities and branches across the operating footprint, statute and ordinance research, data entry, document maintenance, and assisting the Compliance Manager with all other administrative tasks as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities · Obtain required regulatory lending licenses for all new branch offices and branch relocations, including, but not limited to, state licenses, zoning compliance certificates, local permits, and village, town, city, and/or county licenses. · Complete and submit all documentation required for the renewal of regulatory licenses. · Conduct licensing and zoning research for branch relocations and de novos to determine location requirements and favorability prior to lease execution. · Submit new, transition, amendment, and surrender filings via NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System). · Distribute licenses to the field as new certificates are issued. · Surrender licenses for branch consolidations in accordance with regulatory requirements. · Assist with the filing of annual reports through the Secretary of State and various regulators across the footprint. · Assist with maintenance of entity insurance licenses and collaborate with ILSA and HR to ensure the Designated Responsible Producer is adequately licensed. · Assist with maintaining branch-specific ETAPS permits for electronic titling purposes. · Provide support in the maintenance of RMC’s licensing system. · Assist with the monitoring of all compliance related group emails. · Assist in the creation of spreadsheets and reports. · Provide support in coordinating with executive officers to schedule fingerprinting, run background checks, pull credit reports, complete questionnaires, etc., in conjunction with license filings and notification requirements across the footprint. · Coordinate with insurance broker and field staff to maintain bonds associated with licensing and notary requirements. · Professional internal and external customer service support as required. · Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. · Assist with the compliance awareness campaign(s) to ensure Company employees understand the Compliance program. · Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. · Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Compliance. · All other duties as assigned.
