Senior Director, Intelligence

• The Senior Director, Intelligence leads Duck Creek Technologies’ Intelligence function, responsible for advancing analytics, insights, and data-driven decision making across the organization. • This role oversees the development and delivery of analytics platforms, business intelligence capabilities, and operational insights that enable product, engineering, and business leaders to make informed strategic and operational decisions. • Reporting within the Data and AI organization, the Senior Director provides leadership for teams responsible for analytics engineering, business intelligence, and insight generation. • The role partners closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and business stakeholders to establish metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that translate data into actionable intelligence. • The Director ensures that analytics capabilities are scalable, trusted, and aligned with enterprise data and AI strategies while enabling data-informed product development and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related data-focused roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, intelligence, or business intelligence teams
  • Experience developing enterprise analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, or technology teams in data-driven organizations
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
