Lead Data Analyst, Marketing

Launch Potato

• Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties. • Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days. • Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days. • Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter. • Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month. • Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing.
  • Experience BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure.
  • Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries.
  • Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency.
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills.

The Program Specialist is a data-driven role responsible for managing, analyzing, and validating data within the company’s CRM and reporting systems. This individual will work deeply in data daily pulling reports, auditing exports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across sales programs, campaigns, and dealer information. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
