Job-Specific Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications Sales Manager for Multi-Family As a Sales Manager with our Multi-Family vertical, you will lead a team of 7 field account representatives focused on selling MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies along with other products to our customers in the apartment industry. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly sales incentive. A laptop/tablet, cell phone, and monthly expenses are included. Preferred Qualifications - Previous sales leadership experience in similar industry. - Experience in business to business sales. - Experience with sales techniques such as consultative selling. - Evaluating talent, building a team, coaching/mentoring a sales team. - Large volume of product lines experience. - Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Job Summary Responsible for managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a territory. Design and recommend sales and marketing programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Develop and implement sales and customer retention programs to optimize sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. Plan, forecast, and report on sales and competitive pricing activities and tactics. This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Manages the day-to-day activities of individual sales representatives which may be grouped by channel, market, product unit, etc. - Defines the sales process and develops efficient and creative sales strategies that drives desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when applicable. - Analyzes and develops reports to identify opportunities within their territories for sales and revenue growth objectives. - Spends time in the field and interacts with customers and internal partners to resolve escalated issues. - Develops sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and increase market share within assigned territory. - Manages and develops direct reports, including outside sales and special product sales. - Reviews performance management, identifies successful candidates, and coaches and develops the team for career development and sales growth. Nature and Scope - Solutions require analysis and investigation. - Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. - Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment - Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes or odors. - Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds). - Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time. The NATA is seeking an Education Design Manager with at least three years of instructional design experience. The Education Design Manager is responsible for designing, developing and managing high-quality learning experiences across NATA’s educational ecosystem. This role leads the creation of engaging online, blended and in-person learning products using instructional design best practices, adult learning principles and advanced e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other interactive media platforms. The manager works collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), committees, vendors, and cross-functional staff to build innovative and compliant educational offerings including but not limited to courses, microcredentials, exam preparation tools, blended sessions and professional development pathways. The position plays a central role in ensuring content accuracy, accessibility and alignment with BOC standards, while contributing strategically to the evolution of NATA’s learning portfolio.
