Talent Sourcer – Contractor

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles across technical, operations, business, and/or go-to-market functions • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to defined role criteria • Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates using professional sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other relevant channels) • Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess candidate alignment with required experience, skills, and role expectations • Provide written candidate summaries and recommendations for submitted candidates • Deliver agreed-upon pipeline metrics and candidate submissions within mutually established timelines

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a sourcing-focused role, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment
  • Experience sourcing for a mix of technical (e.g., engineering, product), business (e.g., operations, strategy), and/or go-to-market roles
  • Strong track record of identifying and engaging high-quality, often passive candidates
  • Experience conducting structured qualification conversations
  • Strong research skills and fluency with modern sourcing tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple searches and deliver consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines.
