Role Description The Executive Advisor HR Transformation serves as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer, advancing enterprise-wide modernization of HR across a complex academic health system and academic enterprise spanning UCSF Campus and UCSF Health. This role drives execution and acceleration of modernization efforts, ensuring the future-state HR operating model is embedded through aligned systems, digital enablement, capability building, and operational redesign while supporting leaders across the organization in effectively adopting modern HR practices and talent approaches that elevate HR’s strategic impact.
