Account Manager

Esusu

• Own renewals and expansion across a defined book of ~ 50-70 strategic accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets. • Execute account plans that align Esusu’s platform with client business objectives, portfolio performance, and resident impact goals. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to support a seamless onboarding, activation, and ongoing value delivery. • Monitor account health and proactively identify risk, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate internal resources to execute them. • Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders, decision-makers, and day-to-day operators • Lead regular cadence meetings and QBRs, using data to tell a story, surface opportunities, and align on next steps • Prioritize and track open items, ensuring timely follow-through on operational, technical, and commercial needs • Capture the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to improve product, processes, and overall client experience • Represent Esusu at industry events and conferences as needed to deepen relationships, gather market intelligence, and support growth.

Job Requirements

  • Commercial real estate experience and acumen
  • Proven ability to drive growth and achieve revenue targets

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, operators, and technical partners
  • Technical proficiency – ability to navigate internal and external challenges and resolve obstacles efficiently
  • Proven track record of building trusted, long-term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders
  • Experience in real estate, property management, and/or fintech
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles with revenue responsibility
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and other reporting/analytics tools
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends, especially in housing or financial services.

The CAS will serve as a local resource for ensuring inventory coordination is just in time for the needs of the accounts as we continue to scale and support additional renewal and clinical documentation needs post fitting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a clinical science (nursing, physiology, biology) or related field - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac nursing, or cardiac medical device clinical support - Demonstrated experience in patient education, cardiac disease management, or supporting cardiac care pathways - Competent with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and commercial teams - Ability to consistently work remotely - Must reside in the assigned territory - Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record Requirements - Work within their assigned key accounts to provide quality and timely fittings for patients - Aid in providing additional documentation from patients and providers post fitting - Provide initial patient fittings and field-based follow-up tasks - Support EMR set-up within key accounts for ease of order processing - Provide recommendations to the care team of process and training for patient compliance and experience - Link the SWO renewal process back to the following physicians for continuing care - Provide clinical in-services to personnel within key accounts - Manage inventory for fittings in their local areas - Support SWO growth and maintenance within established accounts - Forecast and regulate inventory management needs for local areas - Support follow-up tasks for renewals, discharge dates, delivery documentation, and clinical documentation - Review CareStation reports for patient triggered episodes and events for further communication to providers Benefits - Kestra offers a very competitive benefit package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, etc. - Pay equity is an important part of Kestra’s Culture. - Compensation: Annualized at $115,000 - $125,000, in addition to a bonus, commensurate with experience and location.
