Role Description As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Iterable, you will help customers implement the Iterable platform for their engagement marketing needs. Sr. IPMs engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through to successful completion. Sr. IPMs are Iterable experts and will work with other internal subject matter experts for the implementation project. As the owner of the overall success of the project, PMs are responsible for driving the project delivery, resources, and milestones to meet customer goals. Responsibilities - Lead multiple, concurrent, strategic enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform for our customers. - Engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion. - Be knowledgeable about the Iterable use cases and work with other internal subject matter experts (SMEs) for the implementation project. - Develop relationships across functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security, and IT. - Manage complex B2B/B2C implementations and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding scope goals and target dates. - Oversee project execution including resourcing, project scheduling, and timely delivery. - Provide timely, clear, concise communications to customer and the Iterable project team. - Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary. - Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (customer satisfaction) and billable utilization, and on-time completion. Qualifications - 6+ years in B2B customer-facing SaaS platform implementation, project management, or delivery service role. - 2+ years experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment. - 2+ years mentoring Project Managers. - Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and customer-facing solutions. - Expert use of MS Office Suite, Google Enterprise Suite, and project management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High emotional intelligence. - Servant leadership and a passion for driving customer success. - Strong accountability, ownership, and bias for action. - Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope. Role Description The Furniture Project Specialist is responsible for all projects that require some level of coordination or other factors deemed necessary to require dedicated project management.
