Bullseye Strategy
• Lead editorial functions by prompting, reviewing, rewriting, refining, and elevating content • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to draft and iterate content • Maintain a library of tested prompts for consistent outputs • Review and elevate AI-generated content to ensure quality • Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot or Mailchimp
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of editing or copywriting experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
- Exceptional editing skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
- Strong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice across multiple formats and tones
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Time management skills for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Technical proficiency and comfort learning new tools and platforms
- SEO knowledge, including an understanding of keyword optimization and SEO best practices
- Experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp: building campaigns, writing email copy, and understanding send logic
- WordPress and content scheduling platform familiarity
- Collaboration skills to work well with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability with flexibility in approach
