Executive Project Manager
Social Discovery Group
• Own execution across multiple parallel initiatives (e.g. ~10 at a time) • Align roadmaps across teams and shorten delivery timelines • Identify and remove execution bottlenecks and blockers • Drive coordination between: product teams, data/analytics, operations (e.g. partner-facing teams) • Bridge gaps where teams lack expertise (e.g. product vs operations) • Ensure initiatives are not just planned, but fully implemented end-to-end
Job Requirements
- Background in: project/program management, delivery management, or similar roles
- Strong experience with: cross-functional delivery at scale
- Strong experience with: working with data-driven environments (experiments, A/B tests, analytics)
- Strong experience with: implementing changes in existing systems (not just launching new products)
- Comfortable working with: operations (partners, segmentation, different commercial conditions)
- Comfortable working with: multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
