• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records. • Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow. • Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress. • Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision. • Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed. • Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications. • Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy. • Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal support, project coordination, or paralegal roles.
- Background or strong interest in legal or compliance fields preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
- Efficient, responsible, and hardworking; willing to support urgent tasks when needed.
