Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a related field
- Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Experience designing and developing role-based learning materials and curricula across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning)
- Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover root needs
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously
- Experience in authoring tools and/or prototyping tools (i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suites, Captivate, Mural, Figma, etc.)
- Exposure to L&D principles defining learning objectives and measures of success using a learner-centric approach integrating learning science theory
- Experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts.

Role Description As a Financial Services Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing a cohort of apprentices, ensuring their progress aligns with quality standards and key performance indicators. You will provide tailored support throughout each apprentice’s learning journey, helping them achieve critical milestones including qualifications and competencies outlined to the apprenticeship standard. Central to your role will be building strong relationships with line managers and other employer stakeholders to support the apprentice’s development, manage time commitments effectively, and ensure alignment with the employer’s performance expectations.
