• Partner with Sales and Capture teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to support opportunity qualification, solution design, and technical alignment • Engage directly with customers to understand mission objectives, operational workflows, data environments, and technical constraints • Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate Slingshot products, data pipelines, analytics, and external systems • Develop and deliver technical briefings, solution overviews, demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions for customer and partner audiences • Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs for Product and Engineering teams • Apply data science and systems engineering principles to evaluate solution feasibility, performance, and scalability • Support proposal development, including technical volumes, architectures, and solution narratives • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proposed solutions are achievable, aligned to roadmap, and responsive to customer needs • Provide feedback from customer engagements to inform product strategy and technical prioritization • Perform other duties as assigned (less than 10%)

• Lead the planning and deployment of large scale AI data centers. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand NVIDIA’s reference architectures for data center infrastructure. • Support customers and partners in quickly implementing this architecture into advanced and reliable data center designs. • Review and appraise customers' and partners' infrastructure design plans. • Deliver guidance, expertise and suggestions to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. • Assess the operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness of data center infrastructure components before deploying AI/HPC clusters. • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and conduct pre-deployment audits to identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement. • Develop and sustain a strong ecosystem of manufacturers, service providers and partners. • Implement and make quality assurance processes to ensure that deployments meet established specifications and performance benchmarks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve data center infrastructure reliability, resilience, and sustainability.

• Deliver presentations to customers, partners and public audiences on Acronis’ technology and solutions. • Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions. • Position compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer’s business problems, over and above specific technical requirements, and acting as technical advisor to the customer. • Produce written proposals and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs. • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis’ solutions to customers/channel and cloud partners. • Support existing channel and cloud partners on technical queries. • Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer and Acronis management. • Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within Acronis. • Maintain knowledge on major industry developments; be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.

NO actuar pasivamente transmitiendo sólo la información que llega espontáneamente. - Prestar atención a los detalles (por ejemplo, revisión de piezas, cantidades e hitos). - Asignado principalmente a Restricciones, productos básicos, el rol puede extenderse a otros productos básicos de VE si es compatible con la misión principal. - Viajar principalmente en México (Monterrey y Torreón), así como a nivel internacional (EE.UU./MI).
