Requirements - The Petco Accounting Internship Program is a 12-week opportunity. - The intern will be expected to work within normal business hours, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday. - Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program with a focus in Accounting and an anticipated graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026, or have recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Accounting. - A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. Job Summary The Director, Decision Support provides leadership for Accuity’s client reporting and performance analytics functions. This role ensures delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that helps internal teams and clients understand financial performance, operational trends, and program impact. The Director leads the reporting team, strengthens analytical rigor and quality control, and partners with Client Success and operational leaders to explain performance variability, identify drivers of change, and support data-informed decision making across client engagements.
