• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company’s global business objectives and a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment process and improve efficiency. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team. • Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans. • Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline. • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners. • Build the company’s employer brand to share the StarRez value proposition for candidates and attract top talent globally. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Proven experience and track record in global recruitment and managing international teams
  • Data-driven approach to driving hiring strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • AI-forward approach to building measurable efficiency into talent acquisition workflows
  • Desire to build infrastructure and scale with a growth and continuous improvement mindset.

Role Description This is a client acquisition role focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into booked and attended Discovery Visits. But more importantly, you are responsible for helping people make decisions they’ve been avoiding. That means: - Navigating hesitation - Reframing cost concerns - Building trust quickly - Guiding hesitant people to clarity - Leading the conversation - not reacting to it If you are only comfortable booking people who are already sold, this is not the role for you. We track booking rate, show rate, and conversion quality closely. What Success Looks Like: - Within 90 days: 40+ qualified Discovery Visits booked per month - Strong, confident objection handling - Consistent outbound activity and follow-up execution - 90%+ Discovery Visit arrival rate - Within 12 months: Consistent KPI performance - High-quality bookings that convert into care plans - Meaningful contribution to our growth from $1.5M to $2M+ We do not chase volume.
