Role Description As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Iterable, you will help customers implement the Iterable platform for their engagement marketing needs. Sr. IPMs engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through to successful completion. Sr. IPMs are Iterable experts and will work with other internal subject matter experts for the implementation project. As the owner of the overall success of the project, PMs are responsible for driving the project delivery, resources, and milestones to meet customer goals. Responsibilities - Lead multiple, concurrent, strategic enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform for our customers. - Engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion. - Be knowledgeable about the Iterable use cases and work with other internal subject matter experts (SMEs) for the implementation project. - Develop relationships across functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security, and IT. - Manage complex B2B/B2C implementations and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding scope goals and target dates. - Oversee project execution including resourcing, project scheduling, and timely delivery. - Provide timely, clear, concise communications to customer and the Iterable project team. - Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary. - Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (customer satisfaction) and billable utilization, and on-time completion. Role Description The Furniture Project Specialist is responsible for all projects that require some level of coordination or other factors deemed necessary to require dedicated project management. This position will handle a variety of sized projects and can span all activities of supporting a project. - Act as point-of-contact throughout project process. - Align appropriate internal and/or subcontracted resources to accomplish the work. - Schedule and coordinate all installation activities with sub-contractors and building resources. - Review furniture installation plans with each contractor. - Interface with appropriate parties to monitor product orders and schedule teardown of existing furniture, if required. - Provide customer service and convey accurate, thorough information related to status updates, problems, and customer issues to the sales team. - Maintain complete and accurate record of the entire project (project folder) including: - Approved plans - Budgets and schedules - Correspondences - Product orders and acknowledgements - Delivery tickets - Labor timesheets - Subcontractor invoices - Execute and adhere to project timelines including order entry, production schedules, delivery and installation, and problem resolution. - Communicate project status throughout the sales process. - Identify project issues and provide cost-effective solutions to ensure project completion while minimizing gross profit erosion. - Manage and monitor the furniture ordering process including: - Ordering acknowledgements - Creating installation packets - Updating installation schedule dates - Identifying back charges - Managing punch lists - Initiating claims process for warranty issues - Tracking proof of deliveries - Participate in project planning and design meetings and provide input as appropriate. - Review final furniture plans for accuracy and completeness. - Assist with developing a furniture package in response to RFP. - Participate in client presentation meetings and explain the project manager role throughout the project duration. - Develop a relationship with the client through consistent communication throughout the project. - Research, craft, and assemble all proposals and bids targeted to the customers’ needs. - Monitor job-site throughout delivery and installation phases. - Attend construction meetings and provide information to general contractor. - Schedule use of service elevators, loading docks, and parking facilities. - Maintain a working knowledge of all OM Workspace preferred vendor products.
