• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between OSGT and legacy systems/ERPs • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements • Monitor interfaces and perform troubleshooting of production incidents • Investigate integration failures, logs, queues, files, and data inconsistencies • Work with integrations via APIs, web services, messaging systems, files, and databases • Perform debugging and technical analysis in PL/SQL and Oracle databases, when necessary • Support integrated testing, UAT/homologation, and production deployments • Document workflows, business rules, mappings, and technical specifications • Interact with business areas related to international trade, tax, and technology • Propose improvements to performance, stability, and governance of integrations.
Job Requirements
- Experience in development or support/maintenance of system integrations
- Experience with OSGT / ONESOURCE Global Trade
- Knowledge of integrations with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERPs
- Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases for analysis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of API consumption/exposure, web services, file-based integrations, and interface monitoring
- Analytical skills for root cause identification and incident resolution
- Good communication skills to work with technical teams and business users.
