• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between OSGT and legacy systems/ERPs • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements • Monitor interfaces and perform troubleshooting of production incidents • Investigate integration failures, logs, queues, files, and data inconsistencies • Work with integrations via APIs, web services, messaging systems, files, and databases • Perform debugging and technical analysis in PL/SQL and Oracle databases, when necessary • Support integrated testing, UAT/homologation, and production deployments • Document workflows, business rules, mappings, and technical specifications • Interact with business areas related to international trade, tax, and technology • Propose improvements to performance, stability, and governance of integrations.

• Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies. • Tracks progress of activities during daily stand-ups. • Addresses team impediments to maintain high productivity. • Identifies process improvement opportunities based on personal experience, team suggestions and sprint retrospective outcomes. • Reports delivery status, quality, deadlines and costs to the client’s management using indicators and charts. • Ensures that the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality. • Promotes the professional development of team members. • Maintains a collaborative team spirit and mediates conflict situations.

• Identify companies with international trade operations that are facing challenges in: • Tax classification and compliance • Integration with the DUIMP • Special regimes (Drawback, RECOF, RECOF‑SPED, etc.) • Integrations with SAP, Oracle, TOTVS • Map decision-makers (Directors of Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Tax, IT) • Schedule meetings with strategic decision-makers • Deliver high-level introductory presentations on the ONESOURCE value proposition • Hand off opportunities to the responsible technical/commercial team

• Develop and modernize software applications using best practices in coordination with a distributed team • Have an advanced understanding of software development methodologies and a proven ability to design and build complex software systems • Contribute to design decisions where needed • Participate in all aspects of an agile software development process, including design, coding, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment • Leverage "innovation time" to work on personal projects and special areas of interest
