• Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through deal closure, ensuring a structured and conversion-focused sales process • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and key accounts, building long-term relationships • Lead negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth • Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to ensure seamless service execution • Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination • Collaborate closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and resolve issues • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication via phone and written channels • Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for smooth fulfillment • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention • Take ownership of ad-hoc sales and operational initiatives in a dynamic startup environment

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Fluent Spanish and Portuguese (required)
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
