Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem, including airlines, hotels, holiday packages, and ancillary products
- Commercially minded with the ability to think in terms of margins, unit economics, and revenue levers
- Analytical and structured in your thinking; comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across product, sales, and partnerships teams
- Performs best in environments that emphasize independence and accountability.
- Multilingual skills, fluent in English and preferably in German or Spanish.
