Mobility Specialist
Remote
• Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery. • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance. • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications. • Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes, and control internal documentation. • Appropriately handle escalations, analyze when the senior-level review is required, determine solutions, and guide stakeholders to a timely resolution. • Guide for specific travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases. • Control case statuses by effectively utilizing case management and billing systems. • Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses when dealing with complex client cases. • Be a team player who can work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day tasks. • Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, particularly with a focus on immigration
- A comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and the typical processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to demonstrate composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high-performance standards during seasons of increased workloads
- Experience in the technology sector or a company undergoing rapid growth and scaling is highly desirable
- Flexible and adaptable team player who can seamlessly shift in response to evolving priorities or changing processes
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse client bases
- A strong interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, eager to develop expertise.
- Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage
- Must write and speak English fluently (additional languages are a plus)
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

• Manage and resolve outstanding debt accounts through professional communication. • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to maximise recoveries. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account activity. • Conduct skip tracing to locate customers and ensure timely follow-up. • Work closely with colleagues to improve collection strategies and performance. • Ensure full compliance with federal and state debt collection regulations. • Deliver excellent customer service during challenging conversations. • Prepare reports on collection performance and account progress.
• Appropriately interact with key thought leaders and healthcare professionals. • In an accurate, fair, and balanced manner, exchange scientific information with external parties. • Report field intelligence to Sobi including competitive information, perspectives about compounds, disease state, and the treatment landscape. • Provide support to the Sobi clinical development and operations teams through site recommendations, site initiation visits, facilitation of communication, and accrual support activities. • Participate in and/or lead advisory board meetings at the local, regional, and national level. • Provide internal and external training about preclinical science, clinical data, and outcomes. • Represent Sobi at medical conferences, engaging HCPs and providing scientific coverage. • Within guidelines, provide cross-functional support across the company by serving as a scientific resource. • Develop and maintain an advanced level of knowledge about pertinent studies, compounds, and diseases that would facilitate collegiate and scientific discussions with leading rheumatology & nephrology thought leaders. • Consistently demonstrate a high standard of excellence in the management of assigned territory while also supporting and contributing to the success of colleagues and the MSL organization as a whole. • Frequent travel by ground and/or air is required. Estimated ≥ 70% time away from remote office to support territory size and product support requirements. • Function as the primary point of contact in the field for Sobi Medical Affairs - Rheumatoloy.
