We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Collection & Workshop Coordinator to support our growing workshop and collection operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment and enjoys both travel and hands-on execution. The Collection & Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for managing workshop logistics, coordinating schedules, executing on-site setup and experience, and supporting collection administration and custom coordination. This position requires frequent travel (approximately every two weeks) and a high level of organization, adaptability, and ownership. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and execute all workshop logistics, including scheduling, timelines, and preparation - Travel approximately every two weeks to support on-site workshop setup and execution - Oversee workshop experience to ensure a seamless and elevated attendee experience - Manage setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics for all workshops - Support collection administration, including organization, tracking, and internal coordination - Assist with custom coordination tasks as needed across events and projects - Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment - Identify and proactively solve logistical challenges Qualifications - 2–4+ years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or operations - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines simultaneously - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset - Comfortable with frequent travel (approximately every two weeks) - Must be located near a major international airport - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
