• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination. • Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and/or blue-collar roles. • Serve as a team player, partnering with sourcers and onboarding coordinators providing them the appropriate details to assist. Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance in the ATS. • Meet agreed SLAs and support a strong candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in recruitment (RPO, in-house, or agency).
  • Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or service roles for renewal energy preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Ideally Success Factors) and sourcing tools.
  • Desire to be a part of a high performing team is a must.
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

You will be responsible for identifying top diverse talent for immediate and future positions throughout the Company. This position provides an opportunity to show off your creative research skills, communication tactics and deep sourcing strategies. In this role you must be results-oriented, self-motivated and collaborative, and your sourcing skills must be at an advanced level. A Day in the Life: - Partner with the Executive Recruiter to understand strategic business objectives. - Attend recruitment kickoff calls and actively contribute. - Review and analyze segment/function hiring demand and succession data. - Prepare weekly status update PowerPoint decks - Prioritizes sourcing strategy to deliver pipeline availability for current and future Sr. level talent opportunities. - Develops and implements innovative multi-channel pipeline strategies to meet leadership demand targets for differentiated talent for segments/functions and across geographies. - Develop and leverage candidate sourcing channels to identify and network with diverse, global talent to drive a high volume of qualified, passive talent into our process. - Foster relationships with high potential candidates for immediate hiring needs and longer-term strategic talent needs. - Track, measure and report on activity to ensure effectiveness of time and monetary investments being made and that results are being delivered. What You Will Bring: - 5+ years of direct sourcing talent at the VP+ levels. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Consumer Goods, Digital Game or Entertainment industry experience is a huge plus. - Deep knowledge across the entire recruiting lifecycle from talent mapping, research, sourcing and talent assessment. - Proficient at using sourcing tools inclusive of Boolean strings, LinkedIn, databases, industry directories, etc., to uncover high quality on-target candidates for niche roles. - Curiosity – you stay abreast of emerging industry trends and new tools and technology to help you achieve results. - Ability to be self-directed and work independently. - Able to be nimble to meet the changing business needs.
