Additionally, this position does not offer visa sponsorship.* Responsibilities: - The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of monthly financial reports, facilitating and maintaining accurate real-time forecasts. Experience / Training / Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related program is required. - MBA preferred. - 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably with a public company, with a proven track record in managing headcount and expense reporting. - Previous experience supporting Marketing and/or Product functions is highly desirable, with a focus on cost management and efficiency. - Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with particular emphasis on expense classification and headcount management.
