Title: Assoc Bus Intel Analyst II Location: Ada, MI, United States, 49355 Job Description: Job title: Associate Business Intelligence Analyst II Department / Division: Strategy & Analytics / General & Administrative Salary Grade: EX2-14 Salary Range: $66,799 - $82,517 Location: Ada, MI *Note: This position is an office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays, with Friday as a remote option How you would contribute to the role: As an Associate BI Analyst, you will be a key part of our analytics team, responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will dive deep into our data, using your technical skills to extract, clean, and manipulate information to uncover trends and opportunities. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining insightful, interactive dashboards in Tableau to empower stakeholders across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver compelling data stories. Required qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. - BA/BS Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science - Demonstrated experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. - Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
