Regional OEM Manager
Keyloop
• Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client satisfaction and retention. • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects in South Africa and Africa. • Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients, major dealer groups and OEM relationships ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and confidently drive and communicate how Keyloop drives measurable business impact – aligning global OEM strategy with localized SA priorities. • Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation. • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. • Manage every stage of the sales funnel- prospecting, qualifying and closing solutions that meet customer needs. • Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Keyloop goals. • Deep understanding of customer operations, dealership operational workflows, dynamics and growth plans. • Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward targets. • Demonstrate strategic thinking ability to increase productivity YoY facilitating double digit business growth & % share of wallet.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ B2B sales experience in automotive industry
- Experience of using AI in Sales to enhance your sales functionality & capability
- A proven track record of existing business sales gained in a technology solution sales environment where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation.
- Able to demonstrate a professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
- Able to analyse a market objectively and identify relevant target prospects.
- An ability to develop existing accounts together with identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyse client data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Highly Computer literate and familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.
