• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate qualified leads for client sales teams. • Research and build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. • Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority (BANT framework). • Schedule discovery calls and demos for client Account Executives or Closers — manage calendar coordination across time zones. • Maintain and update CRM records (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) with accurate notes, tags, and deal-stage tracking. • Execute and optimize multi-step email sequences and follow-up cadences. • Track and report on key SDR metrics: emails sent, calls made, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. • Collaborate with client marketing teams to align messaging, share feedback on lead quality, and improve targeting. • Handle initial objections and FAQs with a consultative approach — positioning the client's value proposition clearly. • Participate in regular sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English — confident on calls and professional in written outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills — able to manage high-volume outreach without dropping the ball.
- Resilient and coachable — comfortable with rejection and eager to improve.
- Available to work night shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) to overlap with US business hours
