• Act strategically in workforce planning and management, with a focus on data, efficiency, and predictability • Develop, automate, and improve models, spreadsheets, and dashboards for controlling personnel costs, headcount, and personnel budget • Prepare and consolidate Budgets and Forecasts, ensuring accuracy and financial alignment with company goals • Implement automation, BI, and artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes and reduce manual tasks • Monitor KPIs for efficiency, productivity, and personnel costs, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement • Ensure data integrity and governance, maintaining high attention to detail and quality in deliverables • Produce analyses and strategic insights to support decisions on organizational structure, growth, and investments in people • Collaborate with FP&A, People Analytics, and Finance to ensure consistency between financial planning and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
- Experience in people and workforce planning (Workforce Planning, FP&A, People Analytics, or related areas) with a focus on projections, budget control, and headcount forecasting
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Understanding of payroll, labor charges, provisions, and accounting for personnel expenses
- Ability to generate predictive analyses, scenarios, and strategic insights to support decisions on structure and people investments
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data and numbers into clear, strategic information for leadership.
